Theory9 - Premium Service Apartments, Bandra

Amazing stay. Great service. Affordable n best breakfast. Super clean bathrooms and bedlinen. Great receptionist deandra 🥰. Everything was perfect for the price n the place was so central in Bandra West. Photos depict actual reality. Just one small issue which they are working on - a bit of traffic sounds seeps into the room but they do provide ear plugs just in case. Else we loved the place 💯

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property,. Theory9 is a nice service apt with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the maintnance is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again

A Fantastic Service Apartment Experience! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable stay at Theory9. The bedroom was an absolute sanctuary. The plush bedding and premium mattresses ensured a restful night's sleep, and the blackout curtains allowed me to adjust the lighting to my preference. I appreciated the ample storage space available, which helped keep the living area clutter-free. The attention to soundproofing also meant that despite being centrally located, I enjoyed a peaceful and quiet environment throughout my stay.

Great location, rooms were not huge but clean & nice. Staff were very friendly (notably Abhi at the front desk, and security at the gates). I did not try any of the food so cannot comment on that Slightly misleading in some aspects; it’s listed as ‘serviced apartments’ however each floor is its own shared apartment with the rooms adjoining the communal kitchen/dining area (approx 4 rooms on each floor). I feel if travelling as a group this would be great as you’d share an apartment - but as a solo traveller I suppose it all depends on who else is sharing the ‘apartment’ with you. For example, on multiple occasions I had my food/drink that I had left in the fridge consumed by other people staying at the apartment. This drink included the complimentary water that was left in the room - I asked for it to be replaced and was surprised to find that on checkout it was in fact chargeable and only the first 2 bottles left in the room are complimentary. (The charge was minimal so that was not an issue, but could have been explained better). I would also note that being on the 1st floor, the noise from the road was very loud and would wake you up as a light sleeper. Didn’t have any issues with other noise (ie construction, mentioned by other reviews) but just the typical road noises you’d expect in India! Being able to use the washer/dryer was very useful, but slightly inconvenient as I was on the 1st floor and after washing my clothes (on the 3rd floor) I had to take them to the dryer (on the 5th floor) and continue going back up to check whether they were done or not - eventually returning to find another guest had taken the liberty to remove my clothes and leave them on top of the dryer (some of which had fallen on the floor). All in all, location was nice & central in Bandra and staff were lovely - I’d return again for a couple of nights stay but worth noting some of the inconveniences above.
